You'd probably be stuck making all "Private" posts unavailable, and then re-configuring them by hand at some later point, but I think there will be a workaround based on the Roles/Capabilities model. Someone already did up a model plugin for the tester community with a relatively similar functionality. So I guess the best thing to do is just wait and see...
